I marinated the steaks in Soy Sauce, Minced Garlic, Lawry’s Seaoning Salt and Black Pepper. For the Asparagus, I made a marinade of Olive Oil, Minced Garlic, Balsamic Vinegarette, Crushed Red Pepper and Sea Salt and baked in the oven with the Mac N Cheese.
I marinated the mushrooms in Soy Sauce and Minced Garlic and then grilled on the George Foreman Grill.
