Quiche Recipe
1lb Sausage (I use Turkey), Bacon or use Rotisserie Chicken
1 Can Cream of Onion Soup
Tomato trinity from Publix (tomatoes, bell pepper, onion)
6 eggs
2 cups of Cheddar Cheese for Sausage or Italian Cheese for Chicken
Frozen Chopped Spinach if making Chicken
Cook sausage with Tomato trinity, drain and, put 1/2 cup cheese in the bottom of pan, top with sausage mixture, then mix together 6 eggs, 1/2 cup of cheese and cream of onion soup and pour on top of sausage mixture, top with remaining 1 cup of cheese and bake for 30 minutes if making crustless (I don’t use crust), or 45 min to an hour if you are using a deep dish pie crust.
If making a chicken quiche, similar steps, put 1/2 cup cheese in the bottom of pan, top with the chicken mixture, then top that with the egg mixture that includes the tomato trinity, chopped spinach and cream of onion soup combined with the 6 eggs and 1/2 cup of cheese, top with remaining 1 cup of cheese and bake for 30 minutes if crustless, 45 min to an hour if using a deep dish pie crust.
This looks and sounds delicious ! I am going to try this really soon.
This looks great!
I think of you everytime I make quiche!
Oh yeah! I’m totally going to try this as a breakfast dish without the chicken. Sounds delish!
Sounds tasty.
That sounds good! I’ve made something similar and never thought to add in a creamed soup. I just bought the items to make a frittata..hmm may have to go grab a can of cream of mushroom, onion, or something!
