Tasty Tuesday – Potatoes

I found this recipe over at a blog I stumbled upon, Say What You Wanna. I don’t even like potatoes like that, but I was intrigued and they were so good, I made them twice last week!

Check out the recipe and see my pics below:

Take some foil and cover the pan this makes for easy clean up. Make sure you spray with Cooking Spray too.

Take some red potatoes and cut them up small. Wash them good and then lay them out on the pan. Cut up some onions into the potatoes then cover with olive oil and mix it up. Then add whatever seasonings you want I added some garlic, paprika, cajun seasoning, parsley flakes, salt, pepper and season salt.  You can also buy potato seasonings if you want.

Potatoes mixed up in bowl

Once you have mixed up the potatoes good cover with foil and bake for an hour or so on 350 or until the potatoes get soft.

Prepped Potatoes - bake at 350 for 1 hour

Potatoes baked for 1 hour

Remove from oven and then sprinkle with cheese. I used the Triple Cheese mix from Kraft. Cover back up and place in oven until cheese melts.

Mods: I used regular Idaho Potatoes (peeled)

Bon Appetit!
