Today I’m thankful that I’ve gotten back into working out regularly! This is the fifth week of me getting it in 3 times a week in the gym. I initially started my Get Me Bodied Training by doing a 10-day Green Smoothie Cleanse and I lost 8 lbs. During the week I hit the Elliptical a couple of times and on Saturdays I’ve gotten back into Spin class and I’ve survived considering I hadn’t attended a class since November, 2012!

Now, there are all kinds of crazy things that go on in the gym, for instance, last night a man saw me wipe sweat from my face and he told me I wasn’t supposed to sweat – WTH?! Then, another crazy heifer tried every Elliptical out, but did so while she was on her phone – where they do that at?! And I don’t even want to talk about the people that come in and workout in jeans! That is the craziest thing to me. At least I’ve escaped the funk monster, a woman that I happened to work out the same time she did a couple of times. She was beyond musty and damn near killed my vibe! But I digress, and I’m still going strong!
I’m doing all of this to be a better me and to look fabulous while celebrating my 5th Year Wedding Anniversary with my Husband where it all started, exchanging Vows on an Island in front of strangers – my Husband’s words! lol
